Farmhose Villa Caselunghe is a old, comfortable country house with authentic wooden beam and brick ceilings and ceramic tile floors on a hilltop with nice view of Siena - in Tolfe, just two miles from the centre of Siena. The property consists of a secluded mature Italian garden of pine, linden and lemon trees and a very private swimming pool overlooking several acres of olive groves, vineyards and fields. Parking for several cars next to the house, opener of gate to property is handed over with the keys to the apartments. Shopping with parking in easy-to-reach San Miniato, about 1 mile away.

The house has 2 rental apartments with separate entrances, but which can be joined via the internal staircase. They are furnished in the Tuscan style with antique and classic pieces. They have central heating and are available also during the cooler months of the year. The apartment "green"on the ground floor (with entrance to the corridor running along the backside of the house built on a slope, all rooms facing Siena) has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two twin beds), one spacious full bath (tub/shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks), a large comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, and a spacious well-equipped eat-in kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and even a fireplace. Linens and utilities, except central heating, are included. The apartment "brown" on the upper floor is reached via an external staircase and a terrace with garden table and chairs. The corridor runs along the backside of the house built on a slope, all rooms face Siena. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two twin beds) one full bath (shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks), a large comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, a dining room, and a well-equipped table-space kitchen with good-size refrigerator and washing machine. Linens and utilities, except central heating, are included. There is also another house-apartment, the "blue" one, obtained to an ex-granary of about 70mq in a panoramic position, with independent and separate entrancy. It is composed by a ground floar with living room-kitchen and bathroom, a double bed-sofà.On the first floar connected with the ground by a spiral staircase, has a large double room with windows all the sides, so very bright and nice and another bathroom.
